i had a pleasant stay at doubletree by hilton. the king room was nice and the hotel is conveniently located close to the main freeway and several dining options. one standout service was the friendly staff who made sure i felt welcomed. i also loved that i could relax with drinks i chilled in the fridge.

The rude staff and lack of communication made our stay incredibly frustrating, especially when room service couldn’t deliver our food.

Comfort amidst the chaos

Woke up feeling refreshed with comfy beds and a helpful staff. The room was well-appointed, making our family feel right at home despite the hotel’s busy atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the pool area was less than clean during our stay. We noticed it could use a bit more upkeep, especially with so many guests around.

The Doubletree By Hilton provided a clean room with a comfortable bed, allowing for an excellent night's sleep. The staff were very accommodating and efficiently assisted with my work-related needs, ensuring I had access to the business center for printing and faxing. I also enjoyed the delicious cookies at check-in, which added a personal touch to my stay.

Parking felt a bit pricey.

The outdated room decor and lingering odors could use a serious refresh!!! Management should also consider providing coffee at all hours and ensure the shower amenities are consistently stocked!!! It just feels like a missed opportunity.

The stay was so relaxing with a super cozy room and a beautiful lobby that made me feel right at home. I loved unwinding in the indoor pool and soaking in the hot tub after a long day. Just a heads up, the restaurant booths felt a bit tight for someone as tall as me, but it didn’t bother me enough to take away from the great experience! 😊

I had the most amazing stay! The indoor swimming pool was such a delight after a long day of exploring. The cookies at check-in were heavenly. Plus, the room was so comfortable that I felt like I was wrapped up in a cloud

We had an awesome group vacation! We visited Cassidy's nightclub for some amazing dance sessions and also enjoyed the cool water at a nearby water park. The hotel staff was super friendly, and we loved the food during our stay. Just a heads up, there were some delays at check-in, so plan accordingly!
